The Kinks' Ray Davies Announces New Solo Album 'Americana', Shares Jayhawks Collaboration Poetry

The Kinks' Ray Davies will release his first solo album in nearly 10 years this spring.
'Americana' is due to arrive on April 21 via Legacy Recordings and, according to a post on Davies' Facebook page, will feature "15 original songs inspired by Ray’s years touring the United States with The Kinks, as chronicled in his 2013 memoir of the same name."
