The singer-songwriter, who will release his new single, Fallin' 4 U, on Friday, will call in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford, Bristol, Brighton, Norwich and London between April 22 and May 1.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on December 1.
