"['Talk' is an anthemic call] to accept you have empowerment to take the lead in a situation. I first wrote ‘Talk’ about a relationship that is basically over, though there’s a spark still burning when you are around each other. But it’s ultimately about knowing your worth as a woman and figuring out how to overcome those feelings that take time to fade.”
