Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Debut New Track Rattling Rose

Noel Gallagher has released a new song.
Rattling Rose follows the previously shared title track from Gallagher's forthcoming 'Black Star Dancing' EP, out on June 14 — the same date he headlines the Isle of Wight Festival. Speaking about the song, which is driven by an acoustic Americana rhythm, Gallagher said:
"It manages to combine the influences of Chris Rea, Chris De Burgh, Mike and the Mechanics and Slipknot FFS!!! I may have eaten too many gummy bears recently... anyway it's jolly good... not my words but the words of David Cameron who literally did the hokey cokey at Soho Farmhouse when he heard it."
Gallagher will be accompanied by his band, the High Flying Birds, at a host of headline festival appearances this summer, as well as a huge homecoming gig at Manchester's Heaton Park next week.
