Iggy Pop Releases New Single Sonali From Upcoming Album 'Free'

Iggy Pop has dropped another single from his forthcoming album.
Sonali follows on from James Bond and the title track from ‘Free’, which will arrive on September 6 through Loma Vista.
The new track, written by R.Sylvain and Leron Thomas, toys with intriguing, jazz-inspired time signatures and incorporates soothing brass into an already rich and mesmerising sonic landscape.
‘Free’ is Pop’s first release since ‘Post Pop Depression’ in 2016, which was produced and co-written by Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme. Last year, Pop also teamed up with Underworld on their ‘Teatime Dub Encounters’ EP.
