Clannad Announce In A Lifetime: The Farewell World Tour And 50th Anniversary Anthology

Clannad have announced details of In A Lifetime: The Farewell World Tour.

The multi-award-winning quartet will celebrate their impressive 50-year career in cities across the UK, including Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London, where they'll play a special concert at the Palladium on St. Patrick's Day, concluding the run in Brighton on March 23, 2020. 

The band will also bring their closing statement in the live arena to continental Europe, Australia, North America, Japan and South East Asia, with further dates to be confirmed over the coming months. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on September 13.

Having sold 15 million records worldwide, Clannad have also unveiled plans to release a career retrospective titled 'In a Lifetime', a deluxe collection that's scheduled to arrive on March 13 via BM. It will mark the group's first studio project since the death of founding member Pádraig Duggan in 2016.
