Our Planet Live In Concert Heads To UK And Ireland In October

Our Planet Live In Concert will head to the UK and Ireland next autumn.
The two-hour show is set to take over Dublin's 3Arena on October 16, London's O2 Arena on October 18 and the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on October 19. It will combine highlights from the David Attenborough-narrated Netflix series with a 66-piece orchestra and live vocalist Lisa Hannigan.
Composer of the television series' score, Academy-Award winner Steven Price said:
“I can’t wait to bring the music of Our Planet to live audiences for the very first time. Using a combination of the most memorable sequences from the Netflix series exclusively designed for this show, our incredible musicians and I plan to take you on a journey that celebrates the wonders of our planet- the one home we all share- whilst showing the urgent need to treasure and protect it. It’s going to be an emotional and immersive experience and I hope to see you there.”
Pre-sale tickets for the London and Glasgow dates are available at 10am on November 28, prior to general sale at 9am for Ireland and 10am for the UK, with all net profits from the Our Planet live project being donated to WWF’s global Our Planet education and awareness initiatives.
