OMD, aka Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark, have announced a special London show.
The renowned new wave band will perform two different sets at the iconic Royal Albert Hall on September 28. The first will consist of "atmospheric fan favourites" and the second will be "a full Greatest Hits set." They'll also be incorporating tracks from their self-titled debut album to continue its 40th anniversary celebrations.
Tickets go on sale from 9am on March 6. In a statement on social media, they said:
"We are thrilled to announce that we are returning to the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London on 28th September. We will be playing two sets - the first will be atmospheric fan favourites such as Stanlow, Our System, Statues and Ghost Star. We’ll also be including a selection of tracks from our debut album in celebration of its 40th anniversary. The second set will be a full Greatest Hits set."
In October 2019 OMD released a comprehensive career anthology called 'Souvenir', which also featured the new single Don't Go. Head below to watch a video for the latter.
