Robert Plant's New Band Saving Grace To Tour US In May

Tuesday, 03 March 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

Robert Plant will take Saving Grace on the road in the US in May.

The brief trek will mark the North American debut of the Led Zeppelin frontman’s new band, having played a handful of low-key shows around the UK and Ireland last year. Support comes from Catfish Keith, with tickets on general sale at 10am on March 6.

Saving Grace finds Plant joined by vocalist Suzi Dian, percussionist Oli Jefferson, and guitarists Tony Kelsey and Matt Worley. They perform material inspired by a plethora of diverse influences, including Plant's love of Welsh Marches, British and American folk, and traditional blues.

Head below to watch the live performance video for Saving Grace's dark, folky version of Low's Everybody's Song from 2005's 'The Great Destroyer'.
