Westlife have cancelled their upcoming UK tour.
The Irish vocal group were due to kick off the run of stadium shows on June 19 in Noriwch and wrap things up at Durham County Cricket Club on July 18. However, the dates have been pulled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which also recently caused them to cancel their shows in Scarborough, Lytham and York.
In regards to their Wembley Stadium concert on August 22, they said:
"This is a fluid situation which is being reviewed on a daily basis. We will only deliver this show in August if it is completely safe to do so and will update you all, as soon as the position is clear."
Their two shows at Cork's Páirc Uí Chaoimh, meanwhile, have been moved. They will now take place on August 27 and 28, 2021. Head below for the group's full statement.
Westlife Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Sat August 22 2020 - LONDON Wembley Stadium
Fri August 27 2021 - CORK Pairc Ui Chaoimh
Sat August 28 2021 - CORK Pairc Ui Chaoimh
