Roman Holiday is the final preview of their new album, 'Skinty Fia', prior to its release this Friday April 22. Explaining how the reflective post-punk cut was inspired by his move to London, frontman Grian Chatten said:
“Roman Holiday makes me think of the wide streets of north London in the Summer and the urge to discover them at night time. The thrill of being a gang of Irish people in London with a bit of a secret language and my first flat with my girlfriend.”
The track arrives ahead of the Irish band's North American tour that kicks off tomorrow (April 21) in Washington D.C. They've got a busy year ahead, with shows and festival sets lined up in the UK, Ireland and Europe right up until December. In February 2023, they'll head to Australia for four headline shows.
