The track appears on the British band's latest album, 'Being Funny In A Foreign Language', while the clip finds frontman Matty Healy portraying an old man looking back in time with his bandmates.
The four-piece are currently on the road in North America with the At Their Very Best Tour. They'll bring the trek to the UK and Ireland in January, with Australian and New Zealand dates following in April.
They're also set to headline Scotland's TRNSMT festival in July, following sets at European festivals earlier that summer.
