Pet Shop Boys are set to release new music this spring.
The synth-pop duo will publish the 2023 edition of their Annually book on April 14, which will include an exclusive CD EP, 'Lost', featuring four songs recorded in 2015.
According to vocalist Neil Tennant, Pet Shop Boys penned and recorded the songs as demos at studios in London and Berlin. Initially planned to feature on their album 'Super', the songs weren't used "because they didn’t fit the album," explained Tennant, "not because we didn’t like them."
All songs were written and produced by Pet Shop Boys, with mixing and engineering handled by Pete Gleadall. The EP will also be available digitally.
The pair will take their Dreamworld Greatest Hits Tour across the UK, Ireland and Europe in June. Tickets are on sale.
