Le Tigre Confirm Summer UK Shows As Part Of First World Tour In 18 Years

Le Tigre have announced their first full tour in 18 years.
Having performed together for the first time in over a decade at the Los Angeles This Ain't No Picnic festival in August 2022, the American dance-punk trio — comprising Kathleen Hanna, JD Samson, and Johanna Fateman — will kick off the new trek in the spring and continue on through the summer.
The European leg will begin at Primavera Sound Barcelona, with UK stops lined up at London's Troxy, Manchester's Albert Hall and Glasgow's Barrowlands between June 3 and 6. They have also scheduled festival slots and headline shows in Portugal, France, the Netherlands and Germany.
The North American run will get underway in July, and includes shows in Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Toronto, Montreal, Boston and New York City.
They'll warm up for their Primavera Sound appearance with a show at Philadelphia's Union Transfer on May 27.
Tickets for all dates of the tour go on sale at 10am local time on January 27. Their last album, 'This Island', was released back in 2004.
