Thrice To Celebrate 'The Artist In The Ambulance' 20th Anniversary With February UK Tour

Thrice will return to the UK early in February.
The California rockers will call in Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and London as part of a European tour, which will see them celebrate the 20th anniversary of their major label debut, 2003's 'The Artist In The Ambulance'.
Support on the Europan dates will come from special guest Town Portal, with Palm Reader taking over for the UK shows. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time this Friday (June 16). Vocalist Dustin Kensrue said:
"'The Artist In The Ambulance' has played such a huge part in the history of the band. These songs have stood the test of time better than we could have known when we wrote them. But they’ve also subtly shifted and grown with us as we’ve played them at shows over the last 20 years, which is why it was so much fun to revisit them in the studio, and also why we are so excited to play the whole record live, especially for the first time in its entirety."
The four-piece are currently on the road celebrating the record in North America. They also have Australian dates in the diary for September.
Recently, the band released a new edition of 'The Artist In The Ambulance', featuring all 12 original tracks re-recorded with guest vocalists, including Ryan Osterman of Holy Fawn, Chuck Ragan of Hot Water Music, Sam Carter of Architects, Mike Minnick of Curl Up And Die, Brian McTernan of Be Well, and Andy Hull.
