Thrice Tease 'Horizons/West' WIth New Single Albatross

Thrice have shared a new single, Albatross.
The brooding post-rock track captures the ups and downs of a relationship that pulls you in but also tears you apart, and arrives with a video directed by Sean Stout, whose credits include Deafheaven, Touché Amoré and Scowl. Frontman Dustin Kensrue said:
"We can take the very thing the world has offered us as a token of hope and good luck and destroy it, and in that way, I’ve found that we often create our own ill omens. Thankfully, I’ve found it’s not always too late to reverse those same curses."
It offers a further glimpse into the California band's new album, 'Horizons / West', due out on October 3. Last month, the band introduced the follow-up to 2021's 'Horizons / East' with the lead single Gnash.
They'll support the LP with a North American tour in the fall. Tickets are on sale now.
