The country singer-songwriter has lined up shows in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol, London, Leeds, Glasgow, Dublin and Belfast between April 27 and May 11.
The three-time Grammy Award-winner kicked off the North American leg of the trek back in June, with the run wrapping up on October 14 in Nashville, Tennessee.
