Bowling For Soup To Headline London's OVO Arena Wembley In December

Bowling For Soup have announced a landmark London show for later this year.
The Texas pop-punk mainstays will take over the OVO Arena Wembley on December 13, marking their first London arena headline show. Frontman Jaret Reddick said:
"Wembley…What can I say?!? When we first started playing the UK in 2000, you could never have told me that one day, we would be headlining the coveted Wembley Arena! More over, that it would take us 30 years to get there!! I don’t have a bucket list anymore. My dreams have all come true. I have a beautiful family, I’m still making people smile, and the future is bright. But let’s just say there is a little part of me that still has some things to mark off…Wembley is at the top."
The gig will see the band performing all of their hits, including Girl All The Bad Guys Want, 1985, High School Never Ends, and many more. Support will come from Wheatus and Punk Rock Factory, and tickets go on general sale at 10am on January 31.
Bowling For Soup will embark on a previously scheduled UK arena tour in February, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album 'A Hangover You Don't Deserve'. Tickets for those dates are on sale now.
The band recently announced in a post on Instagram that guitarist Chris Burney (pictured left) has retired from the band for good. The news comes from the group after seven months performing as a trio while Burney took time out to focus on his health.
They released their latest studio album, 'Don't Mind If We Do', in April 2023, followed by the compilation 'Songs People Actually Liked, Vol. 2 - The Next Six Years (2004-2009)' in August, and a lullaby album in September of that year.
They recently unveiled a video for the fan favourite, Friends O' Mine, from 'A Hangover You Don't Deserve'.
