Wet Leg Tickets For UK Tour In May On Sale 10am Today

Wet Leg will tour the UK later this spring. Wet Leg tickets go on general sale at 10am today.
The Isle of Wight indie-rockers, led by Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, will head to Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester between May 21 and 29. Support will come from rising London-based trio Mary In The Junkyard in Birmingham, London and Manchester, and Katy J Pearson in Edinburgh and Leeds.
The band are hitting the road to preview their new album, ’Moisturizer’, which is due for release via Domino on July 11. Produced again by Dan Carey, the record marks the first Wet Leg release to feature songwriting contributions from touring band members Ellis Durand (bass), Henry Holmes (drums) and Joshua Mobaraki (guitar).
Chambers said: "We were just kind of having fun and exploring. We focussed on: Is this going to be fun to play live?" Teasdale added: "It was very natural that we would write the second record together."
As a taster, the band recently shared the record’s first single, Catch These Fists, which offers a similar catchy, indie-pop sound to that of their debut. Head below to view the song’s accompanying video, directed by the band and shot on the Isle Of Wight.
