Yes have announced the rescheduled UK dates for their Fragile Tour that they postponed so that guitarist-vocalist Steve Howe could undergo a medical operation.
The legendary prog-rock band will now perform in Sheffield, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, York, Liverpool and London, where they'll play two nights at the Palladium, in May 2027.
Unfortunately, the Bournemouth show could not be re-scheduled so ticketholders will be refunded. However, the band have added a new date at York Barbican on May 15 as part of the run.
The shows will see Yes, completed by Geoff Downes, Billy Sherwood, Jon Davison and Jay Schellen, perform their 1971 fourth album 'Fragile' in full, as well as select tracks from across their discography, including their new album, 'Aurora', due out on June 12. Head here for more details on that. Howe said:
"We're all now looking forward to the UK dates in 2027 and will be presenting all of 'Fragile', in its entirety and much more. See you all then."
Tickets go on general sale at 10am on April 30, with tickets already purchased for the original shows remaining valid for the corresponding new dates.
In related news, former Yes frontman and founding member Jon Anderson is currently amid a US tour with The Band Geeks and plays UK and European shows in September and October. Tickets are on sale now.
