The London-born artist will release 'Visitor' on July 3 via Capitol Records. It came together at Electric Lady Studios in New York, Abbey Road Studios in London, and Valentine Recording Studios in Los Angeles.
The follow-up to the singer and songwriter's debut EP, 2025's 'Sink Now, Swim Later', was executive produced by Omer Fedi, whose credits include Sam Smith and SZA, with additional production from handpicked collaborators Blake Slatkin, Yakob, and Michael Pollack, plus orchestral composers Larry Gold (Al Green and Silk Sonic) and Academy Award-winner Peter Rotter.
It will feature her previously shared singles The Visitor, Die On This Hill, last summer's You Stole The Show, with the deluxe edition set to include her 2024 track MAYBE and Material Lover, written for The Devil Wears Prada 2 soundtrack, though the full tracklists for both editions are yet to be revealed. On the album's themes, Spiro said:
"I’ve always had a strong awareness of impermanence; I’m very fearful of things ending and people leaving. It’s so intense that I often won’t participate in new relationships or anything I know won’t last, so in a way I’ve spent most of my life feeling like a visitor — like someone who’s just passing through.
"Making this album really taught me how to savor things in the moment, instead of constantly worrying about the future. When people hear the record, I hope it helps them to find some comfort in the fact that everything is temporary. We don’t always have to rush to let go — we can let things matter without needing them to last."
Spiro, who was shortlisted for the 2026 BRITs Critics' Choice award and received two American Music Awards nominations, recently wrapped up her first North American headline tour and is currently winding down the UK and European leg of her Visitor Tour.
