Wild Pink Announce Sixth Album 'Still Coming Down' And New UK, European And US Tour Dates

Wild Pink have announced their sixth album.
'Still Coming Down' will arrive via Fire Talk Records on August 21, following 2024's 'Dulling The Horns' and last year's deluxe edition. Recorded in one week at the famous Drop Of Sun Studios in Asheville, North Carolina, with producer Alex Farrar, the album features guest appearances from Meg Duffy of Hand Habits and MJ Lenderman and members of his band The Wind, Landon George and Xandy Chelmis.
Before making the record, leader John Ross overcame cancer and became a father, two experiences that gave him a fresh outlook and helped shape what he calls a "genuine rock record."
The announcement comes with the release of Round Of Applause At The End Of The World, a warm, reflective track that leans into heartland-rock influences with acoustic and electric guitars, steady drums and Ross' emotional vocal delivery. It comes with a Wes Sterrs-directed video, the first of four chapters that immerse viewers deeper into the world of the album.
The New York band have also scheduled a series of headlining shows across the UK, Europe and the US between September 1 and October 13, ahead of their previoulsy announced US dates, most of which will see them supporting Shakey Graves later in the autumn. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (May 29).
