Orville Peck Announces New Album 'Mule', Shares Lead Single Too Little, Too Late

Orville Peck has announced a new album.
The follow-up to his 2025 EP 'Appaloosa' and his guest-heavy 2024 LP 'Stampede' is called 'Mule' and will be released on September 18 via Warner records. Introducing it online, the American singer-songwriter said: "This record is a chronological account of the year I lost my way."
As a preview, he's shared the a cappella Prologue (Eulogy Of A Man Turned Mule) featuring Emmylou Harris, Noah Cyrus and Allison Russell, as well as the toe-tapping, country-pop lead single Too Little, Too Late. Peck will play Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle on September 6, the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on September 18, Edgefield Concerts on the Lawn in Troutdale, Oregon on September 23 and the KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, Montana on September 26. Tickets are on sale now.
