Delays Announce UK Tour Dates & Tickets

The band will kick off the six date jaunt in their hometown Southampton on October 17th, continuing on to perform gigs in Glasgow, Birmingham, London, Leeds and Manchester on the way.

They will return to the road to preview material from their as-yet-untitled fourth studio album, which is set to be released in Spring 2010.

Frontman Greg Gilbert confirmed that the band will be treating fans to some new material on the tour.

"Our songwriting has always been known for its melody and grandeur, but what has come before only hints at the depth and world we've created in the new album," he said. "It's the best music we’ve ever made, and we just want to get out on the road and get some reaction from our fans at the venues where we started out."

Delays Tour Dates are as follows:

Sat Oct 17 - Southampton The Joiners
Mon Oct 19 - Glasgow King Tuts
Tue Oct 20 - Birmingham Academy 3
Wed Oct 21 - London Borderline
Thu Oct 22 - Leeds Brudenell Social Club
Fri Oct 23 - Manchester Night & Day
