Westlife will be performing live on August 5th at Sandown Park after the racing event, they join 80’s legends Spandau Ballet who have also been confirmed for the venue on June 3rd. At the Westlife performance, crowds will be treated to hits from the group’s latest album ‘Where We Are’ as well as enjoy a mix of their classic songs.

The boyband sensation, who are embarking on their ‘Where We Are’ UK tour this Spring, are now made up of Mark Feehily, Shane Filan, Kian Egan and Nicky Byrne and to date have sold over 45 million records worldwide. They are also the only act in UK music history to have their first seven singles go straight in at Number One in the charts. No wonder really that they are now officially the “second biggest artist” and the “biggest selling band of the decade” in the UK.

Fans will be aware that the lads have spent most of last year working hard in studios across Europe and the United States, hidden away crafting their most exciting album to date, ‘Where We Are’. The new album will feature work from pop’s finest producers, including Grammy nominated Ryan Tedder, who has worked with Leona Lewis and Beyonce. Steve Robinson, famed for work with James Morrison and Take That, and many others. Shaznay Lewis, from past girl group All Saints also features on the album having co-written a track with band member Mark Feehily.

With Westlife now claiming they are match fit and at their level of peak performance, don’t miss this opportunity to experience the beginning of the second chapter of their incredible history.

Tickets are on sale now.
