Hollie Cook is a British singer and keyboardist. Born in 1987 in London to a musical family, Cook is the daughter of Sex Pistols drummer Paul Cook, and her mother Jeni was a backing singer for Culture Club. Boy George is her godfather!
She was a part of the last line-up of all-female punk/reggae band The Slits, yet since 2010, Cook has also had a career as solo artist working with producer and songwriter Prince Fatty. She calls her own music "tropical pop", and has a passion for reggae and female rocksteady / reggae singers as Janet Kay and Phyllis Dillon combined with classic 1960s girl groups.
In 2011 she released her first and self-titled reggae album, and followed this up with 2014's 'Twice'. In 2017, she released three singles, Superstar, Angel Fire, and Freefalling/Survive.
Following the success of her recent UK and US shows, Hollie Cook has confirmed details of a new autumn UK tour. Catch her live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
