Kelsea Ballerini is an American country pop singer-songwriter from Mascot, Tennessee. She received a nomination for Best New Artist at the 2017 Grammy Awards.

Starting her music career in 2013, she signed to Black River Entertainment, and released her debut single, Love Me Like You Mean It in 2014. Her debut self-titled EP came out later in the year and her debut album, ‘The First Time’, was released in 2015.
