Poppy—real name Moriah Rose Pereira—is a singer-songwriter, performance artist and YouTube personality from Whitman, Massachusetts.
She moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue a music career, making a series of abstract, candy-coloured promotional videos on Youtube, which have continued to enjoy viral success since their creation. She dropped her debut studio album, 'Poppy.Computer', in 2017, but with each release since the genre-bending artist continues to reinvent herself. Her third album, 2020's 'I Disagree', saw her embody a thrash metal sound for the first time. Her latest LP, 'Flux', arrived in 2021, which she's set to follow up with 'Zig' in October 2023.
