Rascal Flatts are an American country trio hailing from Columbus, Ohio. Formed in 1999, the band consists of frontman Gary LeVox, bassist/pianist Jay DeMarcus - who are second cousins - and lead guitarist Joe Don Rooney. Throughout the noughties the band found a lot of success in their native US while signed to Disney’s Lyric Street Records label.
