Riverdance is a touring theatrical dance show which involves a shedload of traditional Irish stepdancing. It was originally composed by Bill Whelan, a local Irishmen from Limerick, for the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest.

Riverdance will be performing 5 events in Southampton between Tuesday 14th April 2020 and Saturday 18th April 2020 at the Mayflower Theatre.

The Mayflower Theatre is a 2,300 capacity performance theatre based on Commercial Road in Southampton. Originally opened way back in 1928, the venue has remained at the forefront of the city's stage show scene to this day, and is still used for plays, musicals, ballet, and everything in between.
