Slipknot are a metal band from Des Moines, Iowa.

Famed for their enigmatic masks and explosive live shows, they have led the scene to rejuvenated levels of popularity since releasing their self-titled debut in 1999, and earned a reputation as one of the most influential bands in rock and metal.

The group have put out six records since then, including 2014's '.5: The Gray Chapter', which was the band's first album not to feature original member Paul Gray, who passed away in 2010. Their most recent serving comes in the shape of 'The End, So Far', which was released in 2022.

Slipknot will celebrate their 25th anniversary with a UK tour in December 2024, following the summer North American leg. They'll also headline a number of US festivals that year, with slots at California's Aftershock Festival, Louder Than Life in Kentucky, Florida's Welcome To Rockville and Ohio's Sonic Temple.
