Upon a Burning Body are an American deathcore outfit hailing from San Antonio, Texas. Formed in 2005, the band consists of founding members Danny Leal and Ruben Alvarez on vocals and guitar respectively alongside second guitarist Sal Dominquez, bassist Tito Felix, and drummer Rey Martinez.
Signed to the mighty Sumerian Records, Upon a Burning Body have earned the title as one of deathcore and groove metal’s most popular US exports, having released two studio albums, most recently with ‘Red. This group is absolutely amazing, very energetic and gets the crowd going, not a body is standing still when they are on the stage. My favourite part was when they performed Turn Down For What... the crowd went crazy. I had the best time ever and can't wait to see them again. Best stage performance I've seen in a very long time, keep up the good work guys you're on your way to the top!!
