Blake Shelton is an American singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Nashville, Tennessee. Born in 1976, he would first emerge musically in the early 00s, signing with Giant Records (and later Warner Bros. Nashville) and putting out his now-platinum self-titled debut album in 2001.
Since then, Shelton has cemented himself as one of country's big names, topping the Billboard 200 twice (with 2011's 'Red River Blue' and 2014's 'Bringing Back the Sunshine') and going double platinum on more than one occasion over his ten-album career. In November 2017, he returned with his eleventh, 'Texoma Shore', and supported it on the Country Music Freaks Tour across the US in February and March 2018.
