Robbie Williams And Gary Barlow Reunite For Charity Concert

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow performed together last night for the first time in 15 years.
The two Take That stars sang their new single ‘Shame’ at the ‘Help For Heroes’ gig at Twickenham Stadium. The charity raises funds to help wounded members of the armed forces and their families, and was attended by many injured army personnel. Prince Harry also attended the star-studded event.
When introducing Barlow to the stage, Williams declared: "My wife calls him my boyfriend, I call him my captain, you call him Gary Barlow." There was clearly no animosity between the two, as Williams jokingly bowed to his bandmate before beginning the song. The pair performed a heartfelt rendition of their new single, just months after the announcement that Williams is set to rejoin Take That.
The concert, which was televised on BBC One, also featured an array of stars from the world of music. Enrique Inglesias, Plan B, James Blunt, Pixie Lott and The Saturdays all performed at the event.
Comedians Rhod Gilbert, Peter Kay and Michael Mcintyre were also on the bill, performing sets for the receptive crowd of over 60,000. Robbie Williams declared that he was “Honoured” to have taken part in the event, praising the dedication and bravery of troops now serving in Afghanistan and all over the world.
