Everything Everything to Release New Single ‘Photoshop Handsome’ in January

Manchester-based indie art-rockers Everything Everything are to release the latest single from their debut album ‘Man Alive’ in the New Year. The track is called ‘Photoshop Handsome’ and is due out on 17th January 2011.
The single announcement follows the news that Everything Everything are to join Crystal Castles and Magnetic Man for the upcoming NME Awards Tour in February. The band will also play at this year’s XFM Winter Wonderland show in Manchester as well as their own headlining dates in December, where they will play ‘Man Alive’ in full.
The video for ‘Photoshop Handsome’ features footage of the band that has been animated by 50 creative digital artists. Speaking about the video, frontman Jonathan Everything said: “We took the idea of photoshopping and digital re-imagining of the self to its most extreme conclusion with our new video. We hope to open the imagination and raise some thoughts about what it means to change our perceptions of ourselves to the extent we do."
