Patrick Wolf Announces March 2011 UK Tour Dates & Tickets

Having just completed a small scale tour of intimate venues, Patrick Wolf has announced details of new UK and Ireland shows for March 2011.

The tour is set to coincide with the release of the second single taken from Wolf's fifth studio album, which is rumoured to be titled 'The City'. Details are thin on the ground but the album was apparently originally part of a double album called 'Battle', named after the city where the recordings took place. Part one of the album, 'The Bachelor', was released early last year. The first single lifted from the forthcoming new album, 'Time Of My Life', was released last Monday.

Having previewed new material from 'The City' at his recent low-key shows, Patrick Wolf has announced seven shows at much larger venues so everyone can have a listen to his latest work. The tour gets underway in Dublin on March 21st and concludes at London's Koko on March 29th.

Patrick Wolf has announced the following UK shows for March 2011:

March 21 - Dublin Sugar Club
March 23 - Glasgow Oran Mor
March 24 - Nottingham Rescue Rooms
March 25 - Birmingham O2 Academy
March 26 - Manchester Club Academy
March 28 - Bristol Thekla
March 29 - London Koko

Tickets For Patrick Wolf's March 2011 UK Shows are onsale from 9am on Friday 10th December.
