Neon Trees Singer Smashes Teeth During Holland Gig

Utah-based rockers Neon Trees were absolutely smashing a gig in Tilburg, Holland – until front man Tyler Glenn absolutely smashed his teeth out.

The band were mid song, playing out their track ‘In the Next Room’, when the singer lost his balance and flew off stage, apparently mouth first.

Tyler was running and galloping across the stage, clearly enjoying himself (perhaps a little much), and ended up injuring his teeth, including two shattered incisors. But as the crowd cheered him on, he climbed back up on stage, covered in blood – and immediately carried on singing.

His band-mates stopped playing the song as soon as they saw Tyler plummet off the stage, but were ready to go straight back into the song, with the vocalist singing perfectly fine afterwards, even with blood pouring out of his mouth.

It isn’t known whether the injury will stop any future Neon Trees shows, but we hope the best for the committed singer – there are plenty of artists that would have stopped the show altogether (let alone take a break) for such an accident.
