Grouplove Announce Details Of Debut Album

Grouplove have announced the upcoming release of their highly anticipated debut album 'Never Ever Trust A Happy Song', which will arrive in the UK on September 5th, preceded by their single ‘Itchin' On A Photograph’, out July 4th.

'Never Trust A Happy Song' produced by the band’s own Ryan Rabin and comes on the heels of their acclaimed, self-titled EP released earlier this year.

The band is comprised of Brooklynite duo Christian Zucconi (vocals/guitar) and Hannah Hooper (keyboards/vocals), who met the three other members of the band (Sean Gadd- bass/vocals, Andrew Wessen - guitar/vocals and Ryan Rabin – drums) at an art residency in Crete one fateful summer and haven’t looked back since.
 
Grouplove’s summer schedule is already packed with high profile appearances all over the world, beginning at Glastonbury Festival this weekend along with T In the Park, Oxegen, Latitude and Reading and Leeds. They’ll also be playing two consecutive nights at London’s Barfly on June 28th and 29th. Other summer festival appearances include stops at Lollapalooza in Chicago and Outside Lands in San Francisco.
