Multi-platinum artist and songwriter Darren Hayes releases his brand new single 'Talk Talk Talk' today. Check out the video below.
With more than 25 million album sales under his belt, Darren Hayes is marking a true return to form with 'Talk Talk Talk', the first single to be taken from his forthcoming brand new album 'Secret Codes and Battleships' which is slated for an October 2011 release.
'Talk Talk Talk' is a slice of swirling string laden Swedish pop via Darren's work with co-writer and producer Carl Falk (Nicole Sherzinger/ The Wanted) and mixer Robert Orton (Lady Ga Ga/Robbie Williams). It has been described as a call for peace between two lovers at war.
As Darren states: “Sometimes relationships end because they've simply run their course. But sometimes they end out of a lack of bravery to say the things that have to be said. This song is about taking one last chance to be brave and say the things you dare not say. All I want to do is talk talk talk to you.”
One of pop’s most influential talents and prolific songwriters, 'Talk Talk Talk' signals Darren's first official music release in 4 years. Fans will be able to download the album version and a special b-side cover version of Madonna's 'Angel' from today - 4 weeks before the full release, from most digital retailers. The 31st July release will unleash mixes by Penguin Prison, Fred Falke and by special permission a version of Darren's 'Talk Talk Talk' which merges seamlessly with the classic Hall and Oates track 'Out of Touch' - called 'Out Of Talk'.
