Bush Announce Comeback Album Release Date - UK Tour in the Pipeline?

British alternative rockers Bush are officially returning to the music scene after vocalist and guitarist Gavin Rossdale revealed the band have a new album to come out later this year.
Nine years after their split in 2002, the four-piece have revisited the studio to finish what will be their fifth album. ‘The Sea of Memories’ looks set for a September 13th release date, ten years after their previous album release ‘Golden State. Rossdale has spoken of the approach the band took to the album.
“When making music, you have a choice to repeat what you've done or move on. It would've been safe to just rework 'Sixteen Stone' over and over, but what kind of life would that be?
“When you're driving down the road, you're focused on what's in front of you; you don't really think to keep checking in your rear view mirror. I like the idea of changing, developing and morphing.”
Bush initially reformed to play the Epicentre Music Festival last year, and now look ready to take back the music industry by storm – the band have scheduled a duo of US shows to precede their album release, so could that mean a UK tour is in the pipeline?
The ‘Glycerine’ singers are set to play New York's Bowery Ballroom on July 28th and Sunset Strip Music Festival in Los Angeles on August 20th – leaving a massive gap for a potential home-coming tour of the UK to promote their album release.
