Wax On Water Reveal Video For Second Single 'Enamour' - Watch Now

Wax On Water released their second single ‘Enamour’ on 8th August 2011. The single follows the anthemic ‘An Army’ which was released earlier in the year.
Second single ‘Enamour’, taken from the anticipated ‘Procession’ album which is due out late in the year, was written by the group’s lead singer and concept creator, Maya Fire. The song is another dark slice of Industrial Electro-Grunge that creeps under your skin and intoxicates your senses.
Speaking about the track, Maya says. “'Enamour' is about not knowing how to get to the place that you need to be, to feel whole. A central theme to the 'Procession' album is the division within…how do you reconcile internal desires with the person you find yourself to be? It’s the feelings that are generated by that conflict that inspire me to write.”
Talking further about how the track was written, Fire says “'Enamour' was generated out of a claustrophobic drum beat that I had in my head with the repeating chorus word ‘Enamour’ – it felt very desolate to me, so I wanted to encase that feeling in a rich arrangement to bring it to life and to take away the sense of isolation that the thought provoked.”
