Trophy Wife Debut Video For New Track 'Canopy Shade' - Watch Now

Trophy Wife have unveiled the official video for 'Canopy Shade', the lead track from their forthcoming EP 'Bruxism' which is set for release on 17th October.
The 'Canopy Shade' video is an extension of the packshot that accompanies the single. It sees the two characters from the photo moving around the frame in a dreamlike state.
'Canopy Shade' has been produced by the band and electronic duo Plaid are is streaming from Trophy Wife's Soundcloud channel HERE.
Each member of Trophy Wife suffers from a different sleeping disorder and this has provided the basis for the theme of the 'Bruxism' EP. Bruxism is the involuntary grinding of the teeth that occurs during sleep. 'Canopy Shade' is about dreaming, as the band explain "It's about the space between sex and sleep and about waiting for your dreams to begin in the presense of another person."
