Punk Rockers Dead To Me Announce UK Tour Dates & Tickets

San Francisco-based punk rockers Dead To Me have announced a string of UK tour dates in February as part of their 2012 European tour. The new dates follow the release of Dead To Me’s third album ‘Moscow Penny Ante’, which came out last month. See below for tour dates and tickets.

Dead To Me were formed in San Francisco in 2003 and released their debut album ‘Cuban Ballerina’ in 2006. The band’s new album ‘Moscow Penny Ante’ is the follow-up to 2009’s ‘African Elephants’. Listen to the track ‘Undertow’ from the new album below.

Speaking about their third album on the Dead To Me website, the band’s lead vocalist and bass player Tyson "Chicken" Annicharico said: “Our new record ‘Moscow Penny Ante’ marks a new page in the story of Dead To Me and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of it. It’s a privilege to get to make a new full length record with the new members of our band and their addition to the song writing process has helped for sure. After spreading our wings a little bit on the last album ‘African Elephants’, we ended up writing a much more cohesive, focused batch of songs this time around. I will always love experimenting musically with Dead To Me and I am very proud that we remain a band that can’t be summed up or pigeon holed with a few ‘they sound like…’ references. However this new record marks a bit of a return sonically to the songs I was writing when I first started the band years ago.”

Dead To Me UK Tour Dates are as follows:

Tuesday 21st February 2012 – Joiners, Southampton
Thursday 23rd February 2012 – Fibbers, York
Friday 24th February 2012 – Night and Day, Manchester
Saturday 25th February 2012 – Soundhouse, Leicester
Monday 27th February 2012 – The Croft, Bristol
Tuesday 28th February 2012 – Underworld, London
