A unique Christmas treat for Bombay Bicycle Club fans this morning, with the release of a special reggae version of recent single 'Lights Out, Words Gone'. The special track is to be released as part of the band's 'Leave It' EP on the 1st January.
Titled the 'Rub A Dub' version, the track is available for a listen below.
As guitarist Jamie McColl recently told NME.com: "The original plan was to get a proper reggae band to do it, like an old school one, because we thought us doing it – four middle-class white guys from north London – probably wouldn't turn out very well."
Earlier this week the band premiered the Flipbook remix of 'Leave It' on RCRD LBL and unveiled a tour video on their YouTube page, shot across their run of UK, European & World live dates this year:

Having finished their sold out UK album tour with a monumental show at Brixton Academy earlier in the autumn, the band have recently announced their biggest UK headline tour to date for April 2012.
