Bombay Bicycle Club are an English indie-rock band hailing from Crouch End, London. Formed in 2005, the group consists of Jack Steadman, Jamie MacColl, Suren de Saram, and Ed Nash, and they’re one of the country’s most popular live acts.
Hard-workers in the studio as well as on stage, they’ve released three albums in just over three years, ranging from their 2009 debut record ‘I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose’, to their Top 10 third album ‘A Different Kind of Fix’, which dropped in 2011.
As mentioned, their energetic and critically-acclaimed live show has earned them the title of being a festival favourite and they’ve toured across the country and Europe too. They were even one of the band’s selected to close out the London 2012 Olympic Games at the BT London Live concert in Hyde Park.
Now, having firmly cemented their place at the very forefront of British indie-alternative bands, Bombay Bicycle Club would go on to confirm themselves as one of the country's best in February 2014, when they hit #1 with fourth LP 'So Long, See You Tomorrow'.
BBC recently tackled a UK tour in December, culminating in a massive show at London's Earls Court. Since then, they've been lining up their festival shows for 2015, and are set to play a festival warm-up gig at Liverpool's Guild of Students. Get your tickets below!
