King Charles Confirms Details of Debut Album ‘LoveBlood’

Sunday, 29 January 2012 Written by Rob Sleigh

Up and coming solo artist King Charles has released details of his forthcoming debut album ‘LoveBlood’, which is due out on 7th May. The album will be preceded by a single of the same name on 20th February – watch its official video below. King Charles will be on tour in the UK during February and March, including a date at London’s HMV Next Big Thing festival – see below for dates.

King Charles put the finishing touches to ‘LoveBlood’ in LA last year, although most of the record was recorded at home in London. In 2009, shortly after the release of his debut EP, King Charles suffered a near-fatal skiing accident that delayed work on his first album until 2011. Since then he has toured with Mumford and Sons in the US and become the first British artist to win the prestigious International Songwriting Competition in Nashville, Tennessee.
