Download Festival organisers have confirmed the next batch of bands for 2012's event, with Slash, Megadeth, Steel Panther and Rise Against amongst the latest big names confirmed.
Revealed shortly after 9am this morning, Wednesday 1st February, Download organisers revealed fourteen new acts in total.

Theses bands follow the 17th January announcement when Radio One Rock Show host Daniel P Carter revealed that Download will host the long-awaited return of Soundgarden, as well as performances from Chase And Status, Biffy Clyro, You Me At Six and Tenacious D, Machine Head, Lamb of God, Trivium, Devin Townsend Project, Devildriver, Little Angels, Anthrax, Ugly Kid Joe and August Burns Red.
