Jack White Announces First Ever Solo Live Shows

American rock singer-songwriter Jack White has announced his first ever solo live shows, which will see him performing in the US this March.
White has previously announced that he’ll be performing at London’s Hackney Weekend in June, but these US shows will be his first official shows as a solo artist, and he’ll be making his debut at the Chattanooga Track Club on March 10th.
The American dates precede the release of his debut solo album ‘Blunderbuss’, which hits shelves on April 23rd, but White will today be releasing his first ever solo single and video ‘Love Interruption’ via VEVO at 4:30pm this afternoon.
Talking about his decision to go solo, White told fans: “I've put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name. These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colours on my own canvas.”
