American R&B superstar Beyoncé may be working on two new albums, if her co-writer is to be believed.
Despite only releasing her latest LP offering ‘4’ in June of last year, Beyoncé is reportedly working on two projects with songwriter Ryan Tedder claiming that work has ‘literally just started’. Tedder is a big name in the song-writing game and has previously written for Adele, Kelly Clarkson, and Beyoncé herself, as well as being frontman of pop-rockers OneRepublic.
“The conversations about her next album literally just started and there [are] two projects happening,” Tedder told MTV. “All I can say is you kind of feed her the best that you have and she's this phenomenal filter and she takes it all in.”
The university said of the course: “…the performer’s music and career are used as lenses to explore American race, gender, and sexual politics. Allred pairs Beyonce’s music videos and lyrics with readings from the Black feminist canon. Course topics include the extent of Beyonce’s control over her own aesthetic, whether her often half-naked body is empowered or stereotypical, and her more racy performances as her alter ego, 'Sasha Fierce'.”
