The Enemy Showcase New 'Gimme The Sign' Video

Indie rockers The Enemy have unleashed the new video to their track ‘Gimme the Sign’, which is available now as a free download on the band’s Facebook.

Premiered at their homecoming gig in Coventry last Thursday night, ‘Gimme the Sign’ is a perfect taste of what is to come from the band’s forthcoming new album ‘Streets in the Sky’, which hits shelves this spring.

The video was filmed at a tiny, one-off, 350-capacity gig in Coventry’s S7VEN nightclub earlier in the month – with the venue so small that drummer Tom Clarke having to climb over his drum-kit to get to the crowd.

Speaking of the new vid, Clarke said: “Where better to shoot the video than at Dawkins's club night!? Most mental crowd I've ever seen. Never had to climb over the drum kit to get off the stage because it's full of fans before! You can tell people are properly excited for real music again. S7VEN show proved that you can stand there all day long turning up the contrast on your laptop with iTunes banging out of it, but nothing beats seeing a band live. Nothing.”

Seeing a band live is definitely hard to beat – so make sure you don’t miss The Enemey on their up and coming UK tour this May. Check the dates and details below to get your hands on tickets.
